Develop the right attitude

Being fit should mean incorporating things into your life that you can eventually do by habit. Develop the right attitude towards your goals. Never give up when you’re not getting what you’re heading for.

Get off to a slow start

Follow the diet plan, start exercising, stop drinking and smoking and within a couple of weeks, you will see the changes in you. If you are not in shape, just follow the routine. It will take only few weeks time if you continue.

Be proud of minor improvements

Be happy with what you have. Don’t ever get discouraged if you don’t get what you want. Improve your fitness in 4-8 weeks by exercising daily for 20-30 minutes.

Join extracurricular activities like playing sports

Being with other people helps motivate you to keep going. For ex, you’re doing track. Your teammates motivate you to keep going. Join sports like badminton, tennis etc and it will help you to keep healthy.

Be kind to yourself by getting fit

Tiredness, depression, work stress or ill family members can have an impact on your physical activity. If there is a lot of support around you, you will find it much easier to maintain physical activity.
